Electricity is often a concern with our clients. We use a high capacity 110 VOLT setup all of our functions. This allows us to set up almost anywhere with no special requirements, just a standard outlet and still serve up to 100 cups per hour. So we need one standard 110 volt 15 or 20 amp ciruit.
